Editorial Policy

The Ultimate Book Tracker blog is published by Cosmo Suite, the company that makes the Ultimate Book Tracker. This page explains how its articles are made, how they are checked, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

How articles are written

Articles are drafted with AI assistance. Each one starts from a researched topic plan: the questions people actually ask about the problem, what the current top results already cover, and what we can add. Where it helps, articles show real screenshots of the Book Tracker or a worked example in it.

How every article is checked

  • Every number and factual claim is checked against a named source before publication.
  • What an article says about the Book Tracker is checked against what the product actually contains.
  • A separate AI review agent then checks the whole article against our editorial checklist (accuracy, sources, links, readability). An article that fails goes back, is fixed, and is checked again.

Sources

We prefer primary sources: research, government and university sites, official documentation, and a company's own pricing page when we compare prices. Each article lists its sources at the end, with the date each one was last checked.

What we never do

  • Invent statistics, reviews, testimonials, quotes or authors.
  • Accept payment for a link, a mention or a ranking.
  • Claim the Book Tracker does something it does not.

Our product in our articles

We sell the Ultimate Book Tracker, and articles mention it where it fits the problem being discussed. Each article's product section describes what it contains and nothing more. Who we are is on our About page.

Updates and corrections

When an article changes in substance, the "Updated" date at its top changes with it; we never change the date without a real change. Found a mistake? Email [email protected] with the article's address and what is wrong. We check it against the source and correct the article.
